After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Ayutthaya — the former capital of the Kingdom of Siam and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located approximately 80 km north of Bangkok. Explore the magnificent ruins of ancient temples including Wat Mahathat — famous for the iconic Buddha head entwined in tree roots — Wat Phra Si Sanphet with its three grand restored chedis, and Wat Ratchaburana featuring intricately carved prangs and underground crypts.
