Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery personnel distribute food, parcels, documents, or retail goods to homes and businesses.

    • Order Fulfillment: Collect items from restaurants, warehouses, or pick-up hubs, and deliver them to customers within specified timeframes.
    • Verification: Verify recipient details and obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmations upon handing over the package.
    • Payment Collection: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts and securely transfer the funds to the company.
    • Record Keeping: Update delivery status on company dispatch systems and log mileage or fuel use.
